I’m a seasoned graphic professional with over 25 years of experience in design, production, and high-end retouching.

My journey began at Periscope, where I started as a Production Artist during the shift from manual stripping to digital workflows. I quickly mastered Adobe Creative Suite and developed a passion for color and detail—skills that became the foundation of my career.

As I deepened my expertise in color theory, I led a series of Color Theory Seminars for Target’s Creative Team, bridging the gap between designers and retouchers to strengthen collaboration and visual consistency.

When Periscope expanded internationally, I was sent to Hong Kong to hire and train retouchers and production artists, ensuring quality and cohesion across global offices. Attending the 1995 Adobe Photoshop Conference in Chicago further strengthened my commitment to excellence in digital imaging. I also contributed to dedicated teams that developed streamlined workflows for national rebrands, including Walgreens and UnitedHealthcare.

Over time, my work has evolved to include photo styling, design, keylining, and project management—particularly for nonprofit organizations that value clarity and impact.

After 19 years at Periscope, I joined Colle McVoy as a Senior Retoucher and Production Artist, continuing to refine workflows and elevate visual storytelling through thoughtful, precise craftsmanship. I also worked with Martin Williams and The Lacek Group, focusing on digital design and production in Sketch and Figma. At Lacek, I received extensive training in AI and integrated those tools into my daily work.

I later launched my own LLC, Pixel Greatness, offering a range of graphic design services to a diverse clientele. My projects have included work with Bionic Giant, Broadhead Advertising, Colle McVoy, Icario, Martin Williams, Par Aide, PublicWorks, Razorfish Health, Renewal by Andersen, Riley Hayes, and RR Donnelley.
